We are seeking individuals to work as Remote Facebook Assistants from the comfort of their homes. As a Facebook Assistant, you will be responsible for proactively supporting customers, and providing excellent assistance via inbound and outbound live chat on social media channels.
Responsibilities: In this role, you will assist online companies in promoting their businesses through social media, using your phone or tablet with Android or iOS. No prior knowledge of social media advertising is necessary, as this is an entry-level position with comprehensive training provided. Your tasks may include sending tweets, liking Facebook posts, or uploading videos to YouTube, all guided by step-by-step instructions.
Requirements: To excel in this position, you will need access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and a reliable internet connection. Basic English writing skills are essential. These roles are designed for individuals new to the field of social media, and full training is provided. No prior experience in paid social media work is required.
Rate: $35 per hour
Location: This is a remote online position, and while applicants from the United States are preferred, we welcome candidates from all locations.
