Work at Home Social Media Chat Support – No Experience Required

If you’re someone who spends a significant amount of time on social media and enjoys engaging with people online, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are currently looking for social media chat assistants to assist businesses in managing their social media accounts. As a chat assistant, your role will involve communicating with customers through social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, and providing them with exceptional customer service.

This is a remote position that can be performed from anywhere in the world, and no prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided. As a live chat assistant, you will be compensated for responding to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. Your responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, providing sales links, and offering discounts.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: You should have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and a reliable internet connection. Basic English writing skills are required.

Skills/background needed: These are entry-level live chat positions, so comprehensive training is provided, and prior paid live chat experience is not required.

Location: This is a remote online position, and candidates from the United States are preferred.
