We are currently looking for social media chat assistants to assist businesses in managing their social media accounts. As a chat assistant, your role will involve communicating with customers through social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, and providing them with exceptional customer service.
This is a remote position that can be performed from anywhere in the world, and no prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided. As a live chat assistant, you will be compensated for responding to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. Your responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, providing sales links, and offering discounts.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You should have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and a reliable internet connection. Basic English writing skills are required.
Skills/background needed: These are entry-level live chat positions, so comprehensive training is provided, and prior paid live chat experience is not required.
Location: This is a remote online position, and candidates from the United States are preferred.
