Work at Home No Experience Chat Support – Entry Level

As a website chat assistant, your main responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service by answering live chat support or sales inquiries on a business’s website. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage interactions with customers to build loyalty and increase customer retention.

In addition to addressing product-related queries, you may also need to handle both compliments and complaints while safeguarding the company’s reputation. This is a remote position that can be performed from the comfort of your own home, and there are currently numerous businesses in the United States hiring for this role.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: You must have a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). You should be able to work independently, closely follow provided guidelines, and have a weekly availability of at least 20 hours. A reliable internet connection is essential.

Location: This is a remote online position (United States preferred).
