As a team member, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers through email and live chat, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter.
This is a remote position, and we are recruiting individuals from various locations worldwide. Comprehensive training will be provided, and we are looking for candidates who are prepared to commence work immediately.
What you will be doing: As a remote chat assistant, you will be compensated for responding to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes providing answers to customer queries, sharing sales links, and offering discounts.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You must have a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Additionally, you should be able to work independently, closely follow provided instructions, and commit to at least 5 hours of availability per week. A reliable internet connection is essential.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
