We currently have an urgent need for enthusiastic individuals in this role. As a live chat assistant, you will work remotely, harnessing the power of online communication to engage with customers via text on their website or through Facebook Messenger. It’s important to note that this position does not involve phone conversations.
Your primary responsibilities will include responding to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes addressing customer inquiries, providing sales links, and offering discounts.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You should have a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions, be able to work independently, closely follow provided instructions, have at least 5 hours of availability per week, and possess a reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours
Location: This is a remote online position, with a preference for candidates based in the United States.
