Virtual Chat Assistant – Entry Level Remote Position (Work from Home)


Embark on a fulfilling journey as a Customer Support Chat Agent, where your primary role is to cater to the needs of online customers. You will excel in providing accurate information, assisting with order placements, and effectively resolving any concerns that may arise.

What you will be doing: As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. Your responsibilities include answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 – $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: You must have a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). The ability to work independently and follow provided instructions closely is essential. You should have at least 5 hours of availability per week and a reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours

Location: This is a remote online position, with a preference for candidates in the United States.
