We are currently seeking a Social Media Support Specialist to assist businesses in growing their social media accounts and providing customer support to their clients. In this role, you will be responsible for tasks such as posting on social media, responding to emails, and handling chats related to escalated issues for resolution, documentation, and follow-up.
Responsibilities: As a Social Media Support Specialist, your primary tasks will involve helping businesses promote their products and services through social media. This includes posting on social media, replying to emails and chats regarding escalated issues, documenting interactions, and ensuring that all issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Requirements: To succeed in this position, you will need access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and a reliable internet connection. Basic English writing skills are essential. This is an entry-level position, and full training will be provided, so you do not need any prior experience in paid social media work.
Rate: $35 per Hour
Location: This is a remote online position, and while candidates from the United States are preferred, we welcome applicants from all locations.
