As a Usability Tester, you will play a key role in evaluating and improving the end-user experience, all from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test various software and applications on different devices to assess usability.
- Provide detailed feedback on user interface (UI), user experience (UX), and overall functionality.
- Identify any issues or challenges encountered during usage.
- Complete specific tasks within applications and note ease of use, errors, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate remotely with our development team to provide insights on user experience.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of software and app functionality.
- Keen attention to detail and a user-focused mindset.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey feedback and suggestions.
- Access to a reliable computer, smartphone, or tablet.
- Stable internet connection for remote communication and testing.
- No previous experience in usability testing required.
