We are currently recruiting Facebook Chat Assistants to support online retailers in driving sales through Direct Messages sent to their Facebook accounts. This is an online, remote position that can be done from anywhere.
As a Facebook Chat Assistant, your primary responsibility will be responding to live chat messages on the websites or social media accounts of our clients. Your duties will encompass addressing customer inquiries, providing detailed product information, and managing sales inquiries. We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills who are comfortable working online using tools such as Facebook Messenger.
Full training will be provided to ensure that you are well-prepared to deliver top-quality service to our clients. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United States.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You must have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and maintain a reliable internet connection. Additionally, basic English writing skills are necessary.
Skills/background needed: These positions are beginner-level live chat roles, and comprehensive training will be provided. No prior paid live chat work experience is required.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
