- As a Live Chat Customer Support Agent, you’ll handle incoming customer support queries through live chat on various businesses’ websites and social media accounts. This could involve addressing support inquiries from existing customers or responding to sales questions from potential new customers.
Job Details:
- Contract Length: No fixed term
- Rate: $35 per hour
- Skills/Background Needed: To excel in this role, you must have a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). You should be able to work independently, closely follow provided instructions, and commit to at least 10 hours of availability per week. A reliable internet connection is essential.
- Hours per Week: A minimum commitment of 10 hours per week is required.
