Job Description:
As a Remote Entry Level Chat Support Clerk, your main responsibility will be to handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These questions could range from support inquiries from existing customers to sales-related queries from potential new customers.
Position Details:
- Contract Length: No fixed term
- Rate: $35 per hour
- Requirements:
- Access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong aptitude for following provided instructions.
- Availability of at least 10 hours per week.
