Remote Email and Chat Support Specialist – Entry Level

We’re expanding our team and looking for Remote Email and Chat Support Specialists to help redefine the customer experience online. This entry-level position is ideal for enthusiastic individuals ready to enhance user interactions and ensure customer satisfaction. Your role will involve managing both emails and live chats, resolving inquiries with speed and accuracy, and contributing to our mission of making online interactions more enjoyable.

As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. 

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills. 

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before. 

Location: Remote work online (United Kingdom preferred).
