Job Description: As a Live Chat support specialist, you’ll be assigned to work with a specific business. Your daily responsibilities include logging into their chat software and responding to customer messages or inquiries. Don’t worry if you’re new to this; we provide comprehensive training to ensure you can confidently handle customer questions and concerns. You’ll also have a chat supervisor available to assist with any queries.
Job Details:
- Contract Length: No fixed term
- Rate: $35 per hour
- Requirements: You should have access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions, be able to work independently, follow provided instructions closely, have at least 5 hours of availability per week, and maintain a reliable internet connection.
- Hours per Week: 5 – 40 hours a week
- Location: This is a remote online position open to candidates worldwide, with a preference for applicants from the United States.
