Join our team as a Chat Support Representative and assist our customers with their inquiries and concerns through chat or email. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by clarifying issues, researching answers, and exploring alternative solutions to ensure a resolution is achieved. You will also escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
No prior experience is required for this role as full training will be provided. We are looking for individuals who can start work immediately.
Job Description: As an online chat representative, you will be paid to respond to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. Your responsibilities include answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements:
- Access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
- Ability to work independently.
- Capability to closely follow provided steps and instructions.
- Availability of at least 5 hours per week.
