Online Chatting Agent (Remote Work from Home)

Are you ready to take on the role of a remote Customer Support Agent? In this position, you will be tasked with addressing the customer service needs of multiple clients through live chat, and you’ll also be trained to handle emails and chats for various accounts. Your goal is to provide prompt and efficient service while maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions with customers.

What you will be doing: Your responsibilities will include responding to customers who visit the business’s website seeking information about discount codes or refund policies. You’ll have access to a document containing answers to frequently asked questions, and a supervisor will be available to assist with more complex inquiries.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: You must have a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). You should be able to work independently, follow provided instructions closely, and have at least 20 hours of availability per week. A reliable internet connection is essential.

Hours per week: 20 – 40 hours a week

Location: Remote work online worldwide (United States preferred).
