Our growing business is looking for skilled problem solvers to join our team as Online Chat Specialists (Entry Level). We need enthusiastic individuals who can chat online with visitors and answer any questions they might have while shopping in our Amazon store. The successful candidate will offer quick and accurate assistance to customers.
The Online chat specialist reports to the Online Chat Manager and will be responsible for providing a variety of customer support-related duties for the company and our clients.
These are remote positions, meaning that you can do the work online from anywhere. We are seeking reliable and dependable people who are friendly and take pride in their work.
What You Will Be Doing:
This person will interact daily with visitors on our client’s websites via (Online chat software) and will be expected to provide exceptional customer support in real-time. They should be capable of handling multiple incoming requests for information. This person will be expected to continually demonstrate an ability to stay calm under pressure while providing enthusiastic customer service.
You will answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns. Other duties include evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate. You will also create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
This position is also a remote position in which you will be working from home.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.
Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.
Location: You can work remotely online from the United States.
