Live Support Chat Specialist (No Experience / Immediate Start)

Join our Live Support team and become the first point of contact for customer service! As a Live Support Chat Specialist, you’ll respond to customers via email and chat channels, using a flowchart to troubleshoot and resolve issues while escalating tickets when necessary.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Responding to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media.
  • Answering customer questions.
  • Providing sales links and discounts.

Details:

  • No fixed contract term.
  • Pay: $35 per hour.
  • Requirements: Access to a device (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) for social media and website chat functions, ability to work independently, follow instructions, and commit to at least 5 hours per week.
  • Reliable internet connection.

Location:

  • Remote work online (United States preferred).
