Live Chat Facebook Assistant (Remote)

Are you a Facebook user who loves to chat? If so, you could be the perfect candidate for a new job as a Facebook Chat Assistant. What you will be doing:  Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

As a live chat support agent, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Customer Queries: Swiftly responding to customer questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Order Assistance: Guiding customers through the process of placing orders and facilitating transactions with ease.
  • Exceptional Support: Going above and beyond to provide top-notch customer support and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Promotion Power: Actively promoting the company’s products and services to engage and captivate customers.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.
