Live Chat Customer Service Representative – No Phone Call

We’re in search of a Live Chat Customer Service Representative who will excel at answering customer queries and resolving concerns through email and live chat. As the front-line ambassador for our brand, you’ll be instrumental in shaping how customers perceive us.

In this Role:

  • You’ll tackle a wide range of customer queries.
  • Provide swift and accurate solutions to customer problems.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • Master multitasking and remain cool under pressure.

Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we provide comprehensive training.

Details:

  • No fixed contract term.
  • Compensation: Competitive rate of $35 per hour.
  • Requirements: Access to a device (Phone/Tablet/Laptop), the ability to work independently, follow instructions, commit to at least 5 hours per week, and maintain a reliable internet connection.
