As a Live Chat Assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer support to our clients and their website visitors using Live Chat software. Your responsibilities will encompass answering queries, resolving issues, and providing top-tier service to ensure customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should be adept at handling multiple incoming requests for information and remain composed under pressure while delivering enthusiastic customer service.
What you will be doing: Your primary task will involve logging into the business’s Facebook and Instagram accounts to respond to customer inquiries. These inquiries may come from existing buyers seeking support with their purchases or potential customers with sales-related questions. You will receive training on how to handle various types of inquiries.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You must have a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). You should be able to work independently, closely follow provided instructions, and have at least 5 hours of availability per week. A reliable internet connection is essential.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
