Entry-Level Remote Chat Assistant (No Experience / No Phone Calling)

Are you ready to embark on a journey as a Live Chat Customer Support Assistant? In this role, you’ll be responding to live chat messages from customers on a business’s website, providing assistance with inquiries about shipping rates, return policies, available stock, and more. Worry not if you lack prior experience; this is an entry-level position, and comprehensive training is provided.

Position Details:

  • Contract Length: No fixed term
  • Rate: $35 per hour
  • Location: Worldwide (Remote)

Responsibilities: As a Live Chat Assistant, your primary task will involve working in a customer support role. You’ll log in to the business’s website at the start of your shift (which you can choose based on your availability), responding to incoming customer queries. At the end of your shift, you’ll log out and receive daily compensation.

Requirements: To excel in this position, you need access to a device capable of engaging in social media and website chat functions (e.g., Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Autonomy and a strong ability to follow provided instructions are crucial. Commitment to a minimum of 5 hours per week and a reliable internet connection are prerequisites.
