Responsibilities:
- Log in to the live chat portal on the website each morning to answer customer questions.
- Utilize the chat software’s features to address commonly asked questions efficiently.
- Access support from a chat supervisor for more complex inquiries.
- Complete a brief 1-2 hour training program before starting work.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements:
- Device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
- Ability to work independently and follow provided instructions.
- Availability for 5+ hours per week.
- Reliable internet connection.
