Customer Service Social Media Representative (No Phone Calling)

We’re currently seeking a Customer Service Social Media Representative to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining and improving customer satisfaction. These are remote positions, providing flexibility to work from anywhere. While we encourage applicants from the United States, we welcome candidates from around the world.

Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Social Media Representative, your primary role is to help online companies promote their businesses through social media. This can be done using a phone or tablet, whether it’s running Android or iOS. No prior knowledge of social media advertising is required, as this is an entry-level position with comprehensive training. Tasks may include sending tweets, liking Facebook posts, or uploading videos to YouTube, all guided by step-by-step instructions.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you’ll need access to a laptop, phone, or tablet, as well as a reliable internet connection. Basic English writing skills are essential. These positions are designed for individuals new to the field of social media, and full training is provided. No prior experience in paid social media work is necessary.

Rate: $35 per hour

Contract Length: Full-Time

Location: This is a remote online position, and while applicants from the United States are preferred, we welcome candidates from all locations.
