Customer Service Representatives (Live Chat / Remote)

We’re in search of a competent Customer Service Representative to handle support for sellers on the Shopify e-commerce platform. This role involves responding to customer service requests, including product inquiries, exchanges, and returns, ensuring that every shopping experience is a breeze.

Your Role:

  • Picture this: You’re on the other side of the chat widget when someone visits our Shopify store, seeking a discount code or information on our refund policy.
  • You’ll have a comprehensive document with answers to the most frequently asked questions right in front of you, and a supportive supervisor ready to assist with trickier queries.

Details:

  • No fixed contract term.
  • Rate: $35 per hour.
  • Requirements: Access to a device (Phone/Tablet/Laptop), ability to work independently, follow instructions, commit to at least 20 hours per week, and maintain a reliable internet connection.

Location:
