Customer Chat Support Associate – Remote

We are currently seeking a temporary Customer Service Representative committed to delivering exceptional support to our community. In this role, your responsibilities will include promptly responding to customer inquiries via live chat and email, ensuring the provision of accurate and efficient product and shipping information, and effectively resolving any issues that may arise.

As a Chat Support Agent, you should possess excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This temporary position is crucial in ensuring a positive customer experience, especially during the holiday season.

Contract Duration: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: You must have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet, as well as a reliable internet connection. Basic English writing skills are also required.

Skills/Background Needed: These are entry-level live chat roles, so comprehensive training is provided, and previous paid live chat experience is not necessary.

Location: You can work remotely online from the United States.
