Customer Care Specialists – Fully Remote

We’re on the lookout for Customer Care Specialists who genuinely care about having real, meaningful conversations with our customers; and who want to grow their career with us. We need more good people to help customers resolve payment matters online, by communicating over online chat services. 

These are remote positions, meaning you can do the work online from anywhere. We are seeking reliable and dependable people who are friendly and take pride in their work. 

What you will be doing:

You’re empathetic and resilient. By walking in our customer’s shoes you’ll ask the right questions to understand what they really need and find them the best solutions. You’ll do your very best to resolve all inquiries by chatting online, and you’ll achieve this by communicating, listening, and learning.

Other duties may include answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. You will help people find the information they need and process their orders successfully.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills. 

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before. 

Location: You can work remotely online from the United States.
